Financial Services firm is actively recruiting a Compliance Professional to assist the Corporate Compliance Officer. The Senior Compliance Analyst will be responsible to assist in the design and management of all compliance programs, both at the corporate and the business unit level.
The successful candidate will have a BS/BA degree in Business or related field and at least 5-7 years of insurance industry experience with a strong regulatory compliance background.
Knowledge of Worker's Compensation is very helpful.
Experience with both life/health and P&C insurance compliance is preferred. Experience with regulatory bodies such as state insurance regulators, SEC, FINRA, and other external stakeholders such as auditors, and industry associations is highly desired. Strong project management experience is essential.
